Does Oily Skin Need Moisturizer?
Are you wondering: “I have oily skin, so why would I need a face moisturizer?” Beauty experts claim that even if you have oily skin, you still need moisturizer daily. But the moisturizer should not leave your skin feeling greasy and looking shiny.
Moisturizers work to improve your skin’s hydration (think water-content of the skin, not oil-content). Moisturizing products aren’t just for, well, hydrating only. They also form a protective barrier on the skin’s surface and give the skin a soft, smooth feel.
You should use a moisturizer which can exterminate acne-causing bacteria, removes excess oil from your skin surface and maintains the right moisture balance.
