Before I tell you how to use avocado oil on hair, let us first see:

Is Avocado Oil Good For Hair?

In short, the answer is yes! Avocado oil is great for moisturizing dry, brittle, and damaged hair. It is so lightweight that it easily gets absorbed into your hair and scalp. It has several nutrients: vitamins A, B, D, and E, protein, amino acids, iron, copper, magnesium, and folic acid. All these nutrients are useful for nourishing your hair and hair growth.

It is a natural humectant, so it helps to increase and lock in moisture. It works as a natural SPF. It’s good for deep hair conditioning, strengthening hair, and adding luster. The bonus point is that its vitamins, amino acids, and high-fat content stimulate healthy hair growth and are good for retaining and even reinstating scalp health – so it can be used to treat dry, itchy scalp.

Massaging avocado oil into your scalp boosts circulation and allows it to penetrate deeply, feeding valuable nutrients, unblocking clogged follicles, and promoting faster hair growth.
