# 1

First let us see how to exfoliate with Epsom salt?

Epsom Salt Face Exfoliators

(i) You can simply use Epsom salt on its own. You just have to wet your body (say, by taking shower) & then gently rub the Epsom salt directly on to your skin while it is still wet. Start from your feet & move upwards. Alternatively, take some Epsom salt in your hand, dampen it with water and gently massage it into your skin.

Afterwards rinse the salt off.

(ii) Mix a handful of Epsom salt with a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil and rub it over your wet body, paying more attention on the rough areas like elbows or hands because they usually are dry and itchy.

(iii) Mix well two cups of Epsom salt with 1/4 cup of petroleum jelly & a few drops of an essential oil of your choice. Use the mixture to gently exfoliate your skin, paying more attention on the rough patches.
