Mash the avocado with a fork until you get fine pulp consistency paste. Add a few drops of the oil to the fine pulp and mix thoroughly.

Apply this diy moisturizer on your entire face with your clean fingertips, avoiding your eyes. Relax and allow the moisturizing cream to work its magic for 10 to 15 minutes.

You will need:

(i) Avocado: 1, ripe & soft

(ii) Yogurt: 1/2 cup

Method:

Mash the avocado thoroughly in a glass bowl until you get a smooth, paste-like consistency. Add in the yogurt, and mix the two ingredients well. Transfer the cream into an airtight container, and store it your fridge.

Apply the cream, and gently massage your face. Leave the cream on for 10 to 15 minutes so that its nutrients sink into your skin. Rinse it off with water.

You can use this cream 2-3 times a week.
