          Try these to slim down your thighs and legs:

          (i) Keep away from exercises such as squats, lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, leg extensions and calf raises, especially with heavy weights for now. They do not help in getting shapely legs and thighs.

          (ii) Endurance running is particularly effective for those who have large thigh muscles, as it may cut down size of the muscles and decrease fat around the muscle to make the thighs shapely. It will fully change the size and make-up of your thighs and your calves. So, to slim down thighs do endurance running with slight or no incline.

          (iii) Long-duration cardio (e.g. long-distance running) will aim for a reduced muscle fiber that has very limited scope for growth. This will ensure that you build stronger muscle without building heavier thigh muscles, while burning fat. On the other hand, keep away from short intense sessions of cardio (e.g. sprinting, HIIT). Though this can be a great fat burner, it may also enlarge the size of your thigh muscles. Endurance running is one of the most efficient exercises to get definite, slim thighs and legs. Endurance runners tend to have very slim legs, particularly as compared with sprinters who have well developed and big thigh muscles.

      (i) Try to exfoliate before removing hair. It’s good to remove dead skin cells. It helps getting rid of dirt and oil which otherwise could make its way to the skin’s surface after being waxed. Skin is in a more vulnerable state when hair is removed and any dirt or oil can cause it to become irritated.

      Alternatively, apply some heat – If you’re not exfoliating. Have a warm shower or bath (not hot) or apply a soft washcloth that has first soaked with very warm water then has the excess water squeezed out. The warmth will open up the skin’s pores and soften it, allowing the hair to come out easily because it’s more pliable. This not only makes the pain factor go down, but averts one of the main causes of irritation- wax pulling on the skin.

  5. I think my legs look very good.I think they look better than some womens legs.Ive gotten them done by electrolysis.I like not having hair on them.But anyway,What type of exercise should i do to keep them looking good.I do a lot of squats.

      Lunges, Wide Squat, Outer thigh lifts, Inner thigh lifts and Calf Raises.

  7. hi there, thank you for the tips but still have one question, my legs are full or marks from ingrown hairs on them some scars as well from removing those, i’ve tried several things and spent already quite a portion of money on products to “remove” the marks so far nothing is there any natural way to remove or at least decrease them a little?

    1. Keep your heels down and avoid walking on the ball of your foot.

    2. Run to slim calves and reshape legs. Running is a powerful tool that allows you to slim down your leg and calves. Think about the physique of short- and long-distance (endurance) runners. Endurance (long-distance) runners usually have thin legs, as opposed to sprinters who have very well developed calves and thigh muscles. Sprinting develops the calves, but endurance running does not and will in fact slim down calves. Run slower, but for long distance (endurance running). To slim down your legs, thighs and calf muscles do endurance cardio with little to no resistance. That means running on flat terrain when outdoors or keeping the resistance/ incline low on the cardio machines in the gym.
