  1. I am 17yrs old and I have a clear skin but my forehead is darker than the rest of my face. This isn’t anything generic related. I have tried numerous ways to get rid of this dark spot but it just look darker and darker each time. Pls help!!!! ASAP!!!!

    • Try consulting a derm don’t do anything with your face before seeing a derm incase you have major acne. Antibiotics doxycycline /prednisone followed by zinc suppliments.

  2. I have lot of pimples on my face ….especially on cheeks ..though they are small ones .but still they irritate me a lot …I want to get rid of them as fast as possible …so wud u plzz let me know what shud I do..

    I would appreciate some advise tho, I’m in my early 20s and I’ve never really had much of a beauty route I followed since my teens, and as a kid I’d spend alot of time in the Sun, which resulted in my skin getting a bit damaged – around my nose and upper lip under my nostrils I have like fine red veins visible and discoloration, and my nose is spotted – I’ve also a hair issue which I’d assume is a contributory factor to my spotted nose?
    I’ve never used chemical based cosmetics on my face, I’ve only tried using home remedies, however I think my skin is sensitive and I notice no lightening of these areas on my face, in fact it seems darker unfortunately 🙁
    I also have dark pigmentation in the groin area and under arms as my skin is affected with shaving and diploratery creams….I shall be marrying after a month or so, and these are just awkward situations with me, so I was wondering is there any good effective remedy I could adopt as a routine?!
    I use milk and honey to wash, oatmeal to exfoliate and moisturize I created a mixture of aloe with coconut oil and rose water, is this beneficial and good?!

    • I was having a lot of trouble recently with my skin. Until I had a surgical procedure which forced me to change my diet. In my opinion it’s mostly internal. I saw a complete 180 change in my skin. I drink nothing but water sometimes with lemon. Oolong tea, green tea other teas at night to help me relax and fall asleep but without sugar and any sweeteners. Pinepples worked miracles as well. Got rid of my dark circles. I cut up a pineapple and boil the skin use the pineapple skin to make a pineapple tea which I drink hot or cold throughout the day. More fruits veggies vitamins and minerals. I wash my face with a little soap and water. I only use natural soaps and moisturize with coconut oil but really it starts with what you put in your body. Everything from the outside is just to contain or control its a temporary fix for an ongoing problem gotta treat it at the source.
