Skin Rejuvenation Tip No. 1: Rose and Cream Cleanser – If your skin is mature and/or dry, applying of this cleanser on alternate days can regain its liveliness.

Method: Take one spoon of a heavy cream and mix thoroughly in to it two drops of rose essential oil. Apply this as a cleanser, mildly messaging onto your face and neck with upward and outward circular motions. Wet a soft face cloth in warm water and remove the cleanser with this damp cloth and thereafter apply a good skin moisturize containing vitamin A, C, and E.

Skin Rejuvenation Tip No. 2: Green Tea Toner – This toner you can easily make at home. If used regularly, this will guard your skin against premature aging. On the one hand the antioxidants present in the green tea will soothe the irritated skin, on the other hand the lemon and mint present in this homemade toner will brighten-up your face.

Method: Boil about 200-250 ml of mineral water. Add in to it about three teaspoons of green tea leaves, one teaspoon of mint leaves and allow them to remain immersed for some time. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice in to the solution. Strain the brew and allow it to cool down to room temperature. After a cleanse, spray this homemade toner onto your face. Alternatively, soak a cotton pad with this toner and mildly tone your face and neck with it.

Skin Rejuvenation Tip No. 3: Homemade Banana and Cream Mask – This homemade anti-aging mask contains number of vitamins and is full of moisturizing ingredients to make it work  as an excellent anti-aging remedy for skin that has undergone damage from sun, stress and pollution.

Method: Take a small banana and mash it. Mix into it 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, one tablespoon of organic honey, one tablespoon of oat flour and adequate mineral water to make a paste. Clean your face and apply this anti-aging mask. Allow it to sit on your face for about 30 minutes. Wash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry your face with a clean soft towel.

Skin Rejuvenation Tip No. 4: Coconut Oil Message – If you have a skin that dries up in winter only, apply coconut oil message every day before you sleep. Within few days, you will observe your skin getting softer, smoother revitalized.

Method: Take about five drops of warm pure coconut oil into your palms and gently massage onto your face using your fingers making small and big circular motions. The thin oil layer locks in the moisture, it is advised that you sleep without washing it off.

Skin Rejuvenation Tip No. 5: Water and Food – Water keeps the skin hydrated from the inside and helps maintaining skin’s elasticity and in preventing wrinkles. Aim at drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water every day. Do not drink carbonated and sugary drinks as an alternative to water.

Avocado-Honey Moisturizer: At last but not the least, here is a natural beauty tip’s homemade moisturizer to make your skin look and feel dewy and youthful. Mix three tablespoons of fresh cream, 1/4 avocado and one tablespoon of honey to make it.

    • @ann: You can make fresh cream (malai) at home following these steps:

      Heat high fat milk and boil it for sometime say 3-5 minutes. After the milk is boiled, let it sit aside for 30 minutes to cool down. When it is at room temperature, keep it for a couple of hours in a fridge so that thick malai gets collected at the top. Carefully take out the malai with a spoon and collect it in a clean container or you can use a strainer to separate the malai from milk.
