Soak one cup of rice rice in water for fifteen to 30 minutes. In the same water, grind the rice completely. Strain the paste and store the water in a large glass container with a lid. Keep this water in a warm place for a few days to allow it to ferment. When you get a sour smell from the water, this would mean it’s ready to be used on your skin. Just dip a cotton pad in this fermented water and cleanse your face using the soaked cotton pad. Apply your favorite nourishing repair cream. Next morning wash your face using cool water & a face wash.
Follow this routine every night before going to sleep.
Rice Treatment For Bright, Supple Skin
You will need:
(i) Rice powder: 2 tablespoons
(ii) Extra virgin olive oil: 1 teaspoon
(iii) Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
(iv) Essential oil of your choice: 2-3 drops (optional)
Mix all the above ingredients to form a spreadable, smooth paste. Apply the paste to the cleansed skin, leaving it on for about fifteen to 20 minutes. Wash with tepid water and repeat this treatment at least once a week for bright, supple skin.

You will need:
(i) Rice flour: 2 tablespoon
(ii) Coconut milk: 4 tablespoon
Mix both of the above two ingredients to make a spreadable, smooth paste. Apply the paste on the sun burnt area, leaving it on for about thirty minutes. Simply rinse off with water and pat dry your skin. Apply this treatment twice a day, until you get relief.
