Moisturizing Yogurt And Honey Face Mask For Dry Skin

You will need:

(i) Yogurt: 2 tablespoons, plain, unsweetened & unflavored (the fattier the better)

(ii) Honey: 1 tablespoon

(iii) Oatmeal: 1 tablespoon, cooked & cooled

Method:

Mix together the ingredients thoroughly to make a smooth paste. Spread over the face (also neck and chest, if you like), leaving on for 15 minutes. Simply rinse your face with water or wash off using a warm washcloth.

My Favorite Yogurt And Honey Face Mask Recipe

I love this recipe. This mask feels so refreshing and cool-cool on my face!  After washing it off, my face feels soft and moist. Unlike many other masks, after using it I don’t feel any need to slather on moisturizer!

Cinnamon provides a warming effect to the skin, which helps stimulates circulation and gives a healthy rosy glow.

Nutmeg Smoothens your skin to fade away appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

You will need:

(i) Yogurt: 1 tablespoon, plain, unsweetened & unflavored

(ii) Honey: 1 teaspoon

(iii) Cinnamon: 1 pinch, ground

(iv) Nutmeg: 1 pinch, ground

Method:

Mix well all the ingredients together in a small bowl and apply to face. It may tingle a little bit at first – that means it’s working. Leave on for about 10 minutes and then wash off with clean water.

Soothing Mask For Irritated Skin

You will need:

(i) Yogurt: 2 tablespoons, plain, unsweetened & unflavored

(ii) Aloe Vera gel: 1 teaspoon

(iii) Honey: 1 teaspoon

(iv) Cucumber: 1/4, peeled

(iv) Chamomile oil: few drops (optional)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together (except chamomile oil) in a blender. If you like, add in few drops of chamomile oil. Spread the mask on your face (neck and chest also, if you like), leaving it on for about 15. Wash it off with clean water.

Yogurt Honey Scrubbing Facial For Dull Skin

You will need:

(i) Honey: 1 tablespoon

(ii) Yogurt: 1 teaspoon, plain yogurt

(iii) Almonds: 2 tablespoons, finely ground

(iv) Lemon juice: ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients together. Rub gently onto your face, chest and neck for 1 to 2 minutes. Wash off with clean water.
